You'll work directly with Dr. Erin Strauch-Ducat, DC, FACO, DACRB, FMS, SFMA, Past-President of the Illinois Chiropractic Society and a Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics and Chiropractic Rehabilitation.

Dr. Strauch-Ducat has nearly 20 years of clinical experience and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of rehabilitation-focused chiropractic physicians.

Mentorship includes:

  • Clinical reasoning

  • Differential diagnosis

  • Chiropractic orthopedics

  • Chiropractic rehabilitation

  • McKenzie Method® (MDT)

  • Functional Movement Systems (FMS)

We're ideally seeking a chiropractic physician with 2–3 years of experience practicing in a rehabilitation-focused chiropractic office.

We also encourage exceptional new graduates to apply if they have intentionally prepared for a movement-based career through advanced education and meaningful rehabilitation experience.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

  • Illinois chiropractic license (or eligibility)

  • McKenzie Method® Part A and B (MDT)

  • Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Level 1

  • Motion Palpation Institute: Spine

  • Strong foundation in exercise prescription

  • Excellent patient communication

  • Evidence-informed musculoskeletal care

  • Commitment to lifelong learning

Experienced doctors should have gained their clinical experience within a rehabilitation-focused chiropractic practice.

Exceptional new graduates should have meaningful experience working as a chiropractic assistant, rehabilitation assistant, exercise specialist, athletic trainer, or in a similar role before graduation.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time Associate Chiropractic Physician position.

Our patient schedule includes a combination of daytime and some evening patient hours to best serve our community.

We believe maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important. As a result, there are no regularly scheduled weekend patient hours. Occasional weekend participation may be requested for pre-scheduled community events, educational workshops, or marketing outreach activities.

Schedules are developed collaboratively to meet both patient needs and support a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Beginning base salary of $80,000

  • Performance-based bonus incentive tied to collections

  • Significant earning potential as your patient base grows
