These are not lectures. Our workshops are small-group, hands-on sessions where you’ll learn exactly what to do—and actually practice it. You’ll leave each session with tools you can use immediately to reduce pain, improve mobility, and move better in your daily life.

- People dealing with tightness, stiffness, or recurring pain
- Desk workers and active adults
- Gym-goers, runners, and weekend athletes
- Patients of Reset Chiropractic, friends and family -- open anyone!
- Those who are short on time and don't want to commit to an ongoing personal training or small group class

August 10: Neck and Shoulder Pain Intensive
Learn simple, effective techniques to reduce neck and shoulder tension, improve mobility, and relieve stiffness caused by posture, stress, and everyday movement habits. This hands-on workshop includes mobility, release, and strengthening exercises you can use at home.
September 14: Fix Your Foundation: Foot & Ankle Workshop for Pain-Free Movement
Improve foot and ankle mobility, stability, and strength to support better balance, movement, and overall body mechanics. This hands-on workshop teaches simple exercises and techniques to help reduce stiffness, improve function, and build a stronger foundation from the ground up.
October 12: Breathing, Core & Nervous System Reset
Learn how breathing patterns, posture, and nervous system tension affect the way your body feels and moves. This hands-on workshop teaches simple breathing, mobility, and relaxation techniques to help reduce tension, improve core function, and support better movement and recovery.
November 9: Foam Rolling & Mobility Masterclass
Learn how to properly use foam rollers and lacrosse balls to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and move better. This hands-on workshop teaches simple techniques and routines to help relieve tightness, improve flexibility, and support recovery.
